AINM is passionate about giving back to the Atlanta community in sustainable ways that promote and celebrate diversity.
FESTIVALS
During our large 3-day Night Market events that occur once or twice per year, we support the community in various ways:
- Nonprofit vendor booth donations
- Local schools funding and ticket donations
- Volunteer opportunities
- Cultural performance sponsorship for individuals and organizations
PROJECTS
The Foundation also funnels funds into the following projects and areas:
- The Diversity Studio. A multi-media program that highlights diverse individuals and businesses around the metro area, with a focus on sharing good news. The program is particularly designed to impact and engage high school and university aged students. *Starting mid-2018
- DiversiKids. A program designed to engage elementary and middle school aged students. Participants will learn about diversity and culture through music, art, dance, and other cultural interaction. *Starting 2019
- Diversity in Leadership. A program for young professionals and small businesses to learn about various topics, such as how to start a nonprofit, how to grow their businesses, and how to connect to the resources that exist in their city. *Starting 2019
- Cultural Performance Grant Program. Grant recipients will be given support for cultural performances – song, dance, puppetry, etc. – to help organizations and individuals share their culture. *Starting 2019
