The mission of AINM is to promote diversity and cultural understanding. To that end we are bringing back our popular International Village for learning more in-depth about countries around the world. The International Village will host up to 8 different cultural organizations per day, in separate booth spaces.
These booths will all offer educational material describing the country they represent, multiple free activities, and traditional clothing and/or props for a photo opportunity, at minimum. The goal is to provide cultural exchange, exploration, and education for attendees.
To participate, your organization must represent a specific culture, country, or countries in a region. Individuals will not be accepted.
Participating organizations will decorate and organize some fabulous cultural booths, and in return they will receive the following benefits:
- A free 20’x10’ tent space, with 2-4 tables, 2-4 chairs, basic lighting, and power for 1 day of the event.
- The ability to fundraise with the sale of approved, culturally appropriate products.
- Announcements and acknowledgment of your organization’s participation on the AINM website, social media, event pages, and newsletter e-blasts
